Looking for a E&I Construction Advisor for a Petrochemical Project in Russia. Candidates must have estimation, cost and proposals experinece within the E&I Sector. A project controls manager background would be ideal.
Candidates need refinery, petrochemical or LNG project experience.
You must speak Fluent Russian and English and be prepared to relocate to the APAC region.
