2 Immediate Roles for a Highway project in Afghanistan  Geologist:  -Professionally qualified geologist ( MSc)  -15 years’ experience in projects similar to the project, including major tunnel works  -5 years’ experience on projects located in environments similar to the project area.  Financial Management Specialist: -Professionally qualified financial management graduate or equivalent with Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification -10 years’ experience in Financial Management of public institutions -Experience in the preparation of at least 5 Financial Management assessments for public institutions in developing countries.
