DUBAI Opportunity for Operations Director

Opportunity for Operations Director of Civil/ Infrastructure Build Engineering - GCC - Based DUBAI.  Tier 1 International Construction Group. This role will cover the Operations for all Civil Infra covering Roads, Utilities/ Drainage, Marine, Airport Infra, Bridges, Tunnels, Dewatering, Sub Stations etc etc. / Bids and Business Development scope/ working with the CEO on Business and Strategy planning, Manpower over view/ planning and build up in support of projected work pipeline. Lead in Technical and Construction delivery overview of mega projects down to small multiple projects. Candidates will be Degree qualified in Civil Engineering 20+ years industry experience within the Civil and Infra Sectors/ covering most of the above areas in Roads/ Drainage/ Major Intersections, Dewatering, Marine, Airports Tunnelling etc.  5 years minimum in a leadership role with Director of Operations, country Manager for large Scale Civil INFRA projects with the GCC. Career background in Heavy Civil Engineering for Roads and Highways/ Drainage/ Utilities/ Dewatering/ Marine/ Reclamation/ Airports/ Bridges etc.  Excellent package on offer for the right person.
