Natural Resources seeking a Regional PROCUREMENT Manager who will be based in Jeddah dealing with procurement function activities being responsible for both domestic & overseas sourcing & procurement of material, equipment, spare parts & services required at regional level to meet the needs of construction sites covering all projects the client has Saudi Arabia. 10-15 years of working experience in similar position. Experience in effectively preparing & executing Material/Subcontracting Program Plans & identifying and mitigating program risks Hands on experience in developing material plans that support business plans including budgeting, material analysis and forecasting Background of tendering & proposal preparation for large, complex, high value projects BSc in Civil /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline Experience in a similar position in Saudi or the Middle East Hands on experience in working in an ERP environment Experience in effectively negotiate long-term agreements for critical materials & able to monitor current commodities, conditions/trends & identify opportunities for savings Please send CV/Resume to energy@natural-resources.com
