Reports to: International Markets Coordinator
Purpose of the Role
Marketing and Sales activities in Uzbekistan for civil works, road construction, railroad construction, oil and gas projects, energy projects, and industrial building projects. Preparing detailed market analysis, devising an effective strategy, identifying opportunities which leads to successful contracts
Key Performance Areas
- Market Research (potential projects, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, competition)
- Looking for opportunities for the company
- Client Relations
- Proactive sales
- Tender Processes
Education
- Engineering (civil engineering is preferred)
- MBA is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Uzbekistan
- Experience in construction projects
- Sales experience (must)
- Experience with construction contracts
