Project Director / Sr. Project Manager - COntracting / Maintenance  Dubai / AED 35,000 + Annual Benefits Our client is one of the major construction contractors in UAE delivering High Rise Residential /Commercial Projects, Villas etc. They are willing to hire a Project Director/Sr. Project Manager who has a minimum 16 years of UAE experience in contracting/Real Estate maintenance Sector handling construction and maintenance projects. A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management with 10 years of experience in a Senior Level mandatory. Should be able to Lead and facilitate strategic and business planning and ensure compliance of business activities to the overall vision of the organization.
