Our client, a Landscaping and Leisure service group firm, are seeking to hire a Finance Manager. Candidate should have 7+ years of experience handling the Finance and Accounts gamut in Construction, managed more than 4 construction projects. The key role in supporting the commercial, financial and business strategy, providing leadership and follow-up to the Business Unit decision making. Being responsible for the Cash Flow management, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, Manage the business budgeting, monthly revenue and costs forecasts budget variances, Monitoring & Qualification equivalent to CA/CPA/ CMA is a must.
