Requirement:
Education: College degree Work Experience:
Minimum 20 years Oil/Gas or Petrochemical capital projects experience, with at least 10 years onsite construction experience. * Project Controls or Contracts background
Being a Chartered QS is an advantage Language Skills: Proficient in English; Russian or Kazakh are a plus. PC Skills: Strong user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Database skills are not essential, but desirable. Attributes: * Write and speak in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate language * Work well with contractor work force and integrated project management team * Self-starting behavior and ability to work independently
