• Sales Coordinator

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related.
• Minimum 01 year experience as sales coordinator in the hotel or resort industry.
• Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to MS Word and Excel.
• Good knowledge of Protel & PMS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to do multi-tasks, work under pressure and learn.
• Comfortable to live and work on the Island.
• Preferred Maldives experience.

• Restaurant Manager

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role withina luxury resort, hotel or restaurant.
• Assist in driving departmental revenue and profit goals and minimize the wastages.
• Ensure that guest service standards are reviewed and discussed to drive continues improvement to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ability to respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
• Excellent communication skills and able to speak fluently in English.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
