Duncan & Ross Engineering Consulting is exclusively seeking to recruit Project Managers. Direct Hire position, the company is based in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The location is based in Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan. The candidates must have Solar PV experience. Arabic speaker ideal for KSA vacancy. Russian speaking is a must for Uzbek vacancy. They should also have Experience in interaction with Govt and other local stakeholders. Must have experience demonstrated track record in project delivery – not just origination.
