Project Manager London High End Residential Contractor £40000 - £60000 Project manager required by established property contractor to support the team on residential and reconfiguration/refurbishment projects across London's affluent areas. The role will involve pre-construction works (PQQ and Quotation/Tender preparation); H&S information and planning; Project Programmes; Attending client and site meetings; Preparation of reports e.g. Progress reports, Meeting minutes, Quality Assurance Report etc. The ideal candidate will have a built environment degree and construction industry experience, ideally within the residential sector.
