In the largest Russian EPC Contractor Company open vacancy Foreign Subcontractors Governance Manager ( engineering phase) with focus on Petrochemical Projects. Moscow based position for 1-2 years (with prolongation). 5+ years of experience in project activity, as part of the International Engineering Company in Pre-FEED, FEED, Engineering phases, 3 years of construction projects management experience in the Russia desirable. Experience in organizing work with subcontractors (feasibility study, design documentation and detail engineering design documentation), deep knowledge of design work, design process, experience in drafting technical design specification and commercial proposals, design contracts, experience in estimates preparation for design and survey and in scheduling design works. Knowledge of key project management tools. Managerial experience. English and Hindi – Advanced, Russian – Intermediate.
