Kazakhstan Tengiz Control and Power Protection Engineering

We are currentrly looking for C&P Engineering Protection SME (Expats only)
Key responsibilities:
· Electrical and Protection design review;
· Checking initial protection study for HV /MV / LV;
· Review design (for each MCC) – loop diagrams, settings report, Relay Setting Matrix SOW for SEL;
· Review and verify the final configuration SEL files for protection equipment (totally there are 14 000 greenfield electrical units for configuration);
· Interface with ETL and Reliability team;
· Synchronization tasks solving including constant connection between existing Power system equipment and new unit/equipment/facility;
· Validation of proposed Protection design changes, analyses and verification;
· E-Tap modeling and Arc Flash scope, including protection coordination study analyses, calculation and detailed reporting experience;
· Protection queries response;
· Coordination of interfaces with key Base Business Power and Reliability Stakeholders;
· Participation in Troubleshooting, Electrical / Protection incident’ investigation, RCA review and discussion;
· Coordination Engineering analyses, decisions making and activities with FGP central engineering team;
