**SEATTLE** Urgent need for a Senior Project Manager to join a local mid-size, award-winning architecture firm. The salary is $100k (plus bonus & benefits etc.) and above for the right person. This position will lead teams through multi-family & mixed-use projects of up to $150M. This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm with plenty of projects on the boards and a healthy pipeline of work.
You’ll need to have previous experience managing multiple projects concurrently through all project phases. Proficiency with Revit and being a registered architect are required and previous experience in multi-family or mixed-use projects is an asset.
