End User Computing Services the following services further detailed in the responsibility matrix in
Service Requests and IMACs
Hardware Breakfix support of Customer provided end user devices.
Hands and Feet Support for Server Break/Fix
End User Desk Side Support
Knowledge management (SOPs, Troubleshooting Guide)
Inventory management for locations
IT networking and deskside support
Also German language level will be C2
