EXECUTIVE CHEF – LUXURY RESORT OPENING, SEYCHELLES!
We are looking for an accomplished leader who is passionate about food and beverage – hands-on, dynamic and talented Executive Chef to be part of the opening team and ongoing kitchen management of this new property!
What we are looking for?
· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and an internationally recognized degree or diploma
· Experience in menu development is essential, as well as experience in Creole, Japanese and/or Mediterranean cuisine would be an advantage.
· Experience in small luxury resorts, boutique hotels would be an advantage - Michelin* background preferred.
· A Foodie with great flair, home-style approach to create personalized guest experiences
Salary Package Offered: USD7k plus full expat benefits
