Seeking an Associate or Director / Partner level Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for managing the Residential Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services in the South / Midlands from either Oxford or Birmingham for a leading UK Property Consultant.
An experienced Quantity Surveyor capable of growing a business unit you will have professional experience in the Public, Private and Care sub sectors of the Residential sector, especially detailed Employer’s Agent experience working with Registered Providers.
A work winner you will possess the skills and attributes to develop new and repeat business and experience of extra Care projects, Affordable and Mixed Tenure Housing/Apartment schemes, and PRS/Rent to Build experience.
