- Development of hot and cold food items and menus for restaurants, Grab&Go, Take Away and Delivery services
- Support of the portfolio development of the group to over 30 sites in 2020
- Responsible for food quality; temperature control; supplier selection and qualification; etc.
- Part of the executive team
- Development of offering tailored to vegetarian; vegan; 100% bio; etc.
