Roles & responsibilities : ME Dept
PFMEA of assembly, SOP creation, Cost Sheet, Control plan (CP), Tooling DAP & concept development, Assembly Line issues handling related Process, Design Review & Project Problem Reporting and Corrective Action PRB meetings, Assembly trolley, Fixtures trials & corrections, CMM inspection, Welding Inspection etc
Kaizen knowledge, Coordination with supplier for Part quality & measurement check, PPAP, RFQ preparation.
