The Role:
We are looking to speak to SENIOR candidates who are leading a Restaurant Group that holds serious gravitas – premium realm. Ideally you will sit an MD or Operations Director level of a serious restaurant group, but you will also need to have worn many hats inclusive of HR and L&D and it be something you are passionate about. A candidate that would peak any investors interest as someone who has a reputation for success, building culture, operational excellence and can be counted upon to deliver every time. This is a hugely exciting role with multiple brands under one umbrella. The client is very much looking for a solid London Operator – who lives and breathes the City and thrives in the hospitality scene. You will take over the day to day operations and have all support functions reporting into you – finance, people, marketing etc.
