We are looking for Process Safety Engineer to Oil Company.

Requirements:

- Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
- Health & Safety qualification desirable, eg the NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma
- Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in oil & gas, petrochemical plant; experienced in refinery operation plant
- Working experience in refinery processes, including engineering, operations, and maintenance
- Exceptional knowledge of the detailed operation principles of the project plant and associated equipment, processes, and systems
Strong decision-making abilities under pressure and innovative to generate new ideas
- Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing/production environment within an upper-tier CoMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) establishment.
- Understanding and appreciation of major accident legislation such as CoMAH
- Knowledge and experience of major accident hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
- Knowledge of PSM regulatory requirements and risk-based process safety best practices
- Knowledge and application of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) for assessing project and process risk
