 Operations Director – France – 120k Euro

We are working with an international restaurant company with many openings planned in the next few years.
The plan would be to have a senior General Manager who is mased from one unit but looking after a large cluster of others. This is a business that is not about hierarchy and they want all of their people to be hands on and to understand business complexity.
We are ideally looking for someone who understand multiple regional of France as well as busy, high-end restaurant operations
