The Company:
My client is a luxury members-only club in Boston. We are looking for an amazing Venue Head Chef to oversee their Japanese concept.
Venue Head Chef Duties:
Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.
Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
Manage, lead, develop, and train a team
Develop and prepare menus, including sourcing the right ingredients
Maintain brand standards and ensure the team is delivering the ultimate guest experience
Oversee product purchasing and manage budgets
Inspire and develop the chef teams in all areas to ensure ongoing development
