The Company:
My client is a luxury hotel in downtown Toronto, part of a worldwide prestigious hotel group. We are looking for an amazing Executive SousChef to help oversee the Food and Beverage operations of this great property.
Executive Sous Chef Duties:
Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.
Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
Manage, lead, develop, and train a team
Develop and prepare menus, including sourcing the right ingredients
