The client, a dynamic property developer, manager and investor with a diverse and enviable portfolio in London is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor or Project Manager to work as part of a close-knit team to provide high level project management / building surveying services across their Estate.
You will focus on delivering the finest level of service to maintain the Estate’s reputation as being one of the world’s leading locations in which to live, work and visit.
You will be working on new build and refurbishment schemes across the portfolio which include flats, houses, shops, offices, public gardens, restaurants, hotels and cultural attractions. Schemes range in value and complexity.
You will be a capable and engaging building surveyor or project manager who can manage a range of Client relationships from residential tenants to high profile fashion brands & hotels etc.
