Based in NYC, Miami or Vegas 
Salary: up to $250,000 + benefits 

Sara's client is a well-known, premium global restaurant group. They have an amazing reputation and pride themselves on the quality of food and service provided. This is an exciting opportunity to join as they have some aggressive expansion plans for the US market in 2022!

The Role:
Oversees multiple US locations
Financially accountable and sets targets for restaurant general managers
Involved in recruiting, training and developing senior leadership team
Ensures company standards and policies are adhered to
Responsible for new openings and getting involved in real estate and site selection
Works close with the culinary teams to launch new menus

The Ideal Vice President of Operations 
Worked within a premium restaurant group
Minimum of three years in a VP role
Proven career stability
A strong leader and coach
Demonstrates strong communication skills
NSO experience
