 Engineering Manager (National and Expat),

Work experience (at least 2 projects) in Engineering Manager position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPCC projects in oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)
Experience in gas processing facilities with high H2S gas
Knowledge and experience in international EPC Contract or PMC Contracts related to the development and execution EPC Contracts.
Relevant skills include Leadership of multidisciplinary team, Coordination and Engineering Management.
Preparation and hands-on experience in engineering documentation (specifications, engineering requisition, equipment data sheets, etc.), including training/mentoring of local staff, where applicable.
Sound knowledge of configuration issues, connectivity between systems, the requirements of safety related systems.
Knowledge of relevant International Standards Shell, API, ASME, ISO, (GOST and SNiP awareness could be an advantage).
Education: Higher technical education in the field of activity or equivalent
Language skills: English language not lower than upper-Intermediate level. Russian language knowledge is advantageous
Professional experience: Min 15 years’ experience in comparable projects with similar role
