Locations: Germany, France, Greece, HollandThis leading UK based global construction consultancy are seeking Cost Managers & Senior Cost Managers to join their rapidly expanding European teams across Germany (Berlin or Frankfurt), France (Paris), Holland (Amsterdam) and Greece (Athens).
These Cost Management teams provide a quality approach to deliver demanding, challenging, high value and complex projects globally and their European expansion offers candidates the opportunity to work on local Data Centre projects for Hyperscale Data Centre Developers who already have a very impressive project portfolio across multiple sites.

Previous Data Centre experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Director of MEP Services will primarily be responsible to support Pan-European development teams in design, budgeting, consultant selection, subcontractor and contract negotiations and materials purchase for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building management and controls systems of their projects.
Additionally, this position will contribute to the development of Pan-European development team resources such as Master MEP specifications, cost summary data and a consultant and equipment manufacturer database. This position works closely with other team members in the design, cost management, schedules and other pertinent aspects related to projects from conception through the completion of the preconstruction phase.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is preferred with a minimum of 10 to 20 years of extensive design experience as an MEP Professional from an engineering consulting company, real estate developer or general contractor involved with large scale projects, preferably in commercial office, multi-family, logistics and hospitality construction.
You will possess a solid understanding and hands-on style of all aspects of preconstruction activity.
Proficiency in multiple European language(s) is an advantage.
The base salary for this position is highly competitive with a bonus opportunity based on the achievement of agreed objectives. A relocation package is also included if required.
Travel approximately 50% of the time to support the success of the Conceptual Construction team projects throughout Europe.
