Opportunity for Senior MRICS Commercial Lead/ Director Appointment-For Project Delivery Lead - KSA , International Cost and Project Management Consultancy. Package to 70K SR Per Month + Flight, Healthcare and Bonus Potential. Responsible for the development and implementation of overall Commercial management of a major programme of work comprising of multiple packages on a key Build project within Saudi Arabia . Implement overall Cost management strategy for all Consultants and Contractors related to the project, Implement change management process for the design and construction work streams in coordination with the Key project stakeholders. Reporting to the Project Director of total scheme.  We are looking for an MRICS / QS Degree Qualified candidate with 15-20+ years in Commercial and Contractual Cost Consultancy Contracts Management with a leading International PQS firm/ International Management Contractor. Must have headed Commercial Delivery of major projects in the GCC. Experience of delivering major Projects under FIDIC in Region and Ideally the UAE, covering High Rise, Retail, Mixed Use.
