Requirements:

Duties:

• Provide legal assistance in the preparation or preparation of agreements / contracts / agreements, amendments, changes, agreements and other documents that have legal force and create, change and / or cancel legal obligations for the Company, including representation of the Company in relevant negotiations;
• Providing advice and recommendations to the Company's management and other employees in connection with the application of certain legal acts and other documents applicable to the Company's activities and monitoring their implementation;
• Identifying legal risks related to the Company's activities and making appropriate recommendations to eliminate those risks;
• Supervise the preparation, maintenance and implementation of decisions and protocols of the Company's founders and the Board of Directors;
