Monitor process controls for Painting/Coating, welding and NDE of all steel work fabrication.
Provide direct interfaces and inputs with Welding Engineer and NDE Specialist.
Ensure all QC procedures and process controls are being implemented within all areas of the site and project.
Provide technical competence and quality/inspection verification of work conformance to Project requirements.
Demonstrated background and knowledge of industry codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and XI, API 620 and 650, AWS D1.1.
Awareness regarding requirements of ISO 10005, EN3834-2 and others applicable to responsibilities.
Understanding of NDE techniques and methods: RT, UT, MPI.
Inspector certification. - NACE Level-II Painting/Coating Certification is an definite asset.
The minimum requirements:
University Degree
English skills – upper intermediate
Minimum 5 years experience
PC Knowledge and Skills Required –Excel, Word,Outlook, Power Point
